Simmons Pointe was established in 1986 and completed in phases over a three year period. It is situated on the water, with a private dock for its residents to enjoy.  There are 55 condominium style units and 20 cottage style homes within the community.  Its residents can also enjoy tennis on their own private courts, and a resort style pool with spa for sunning and relaxing.  The community has numerous ponds throughout that offer a relaxing low country lifestyle.
